Yukari is a higher angel in direct service to the Supreme Creator, assigned to observe Ricarius' home universe and assist him in his duties as that universe's prime guardian. In her role as Ricarius' advisor and assistant in safeguarding his home universe, she has taken on the mortal guise of an adult Japanese male named Kenji. Befitting the character's established identity as a military combat veteran and special operations officer, Kenji has been given the prestigious position of Commander-in-Chief of the Commonwealth Defense Forces, second only to the Chairman of the ICN (Ricarius) in terms of authority over the CDF and its day-to-day operations.
